Welcome to Ararat Church of Christ

Ararat Church of Christ is a vibrant, Bible-believing Christian community and we want everyone to experience the life-changing power of God's love and grace. ACOC services Ararat, Stawell, Beaufort, Hall's Gap and surrounding regions.

Churches that stagnate grow old and eventually die. Instead, we are called to be relevant without compromising the message that we bring. That's why our music and worship is contemporary in flavour and we centre our teaching on the unchanging principles of God's Word.

Our church family comprises a diversity of nationalities, backgrounds and vocations, located in Ararat and surrounds, seeking to be a family to those who are seeking answers or hurting in today’s world. Jesus has made a difference in our lives and our deep desire is to help others to personally experience the difference He can make in theirs.

Although our church meets in Ararat, people travel from Stawell, Beaufort, and elsewhere to worship with us. So whether you live locally and are looking for a church family, just passing through the beautiful Grampians region, or curious to know more about Jesus, please call in and see us or contact us. Ever been to a church service and wondered what you could do to make a meaningful contribution? You look around and wonder, "Where exactly do I fit in? Do they need me here?"

Well, here at Ararat Church of Christ, it's easy. Just ask yourself a few simple questions:

• What ability or experience do I have to offer? (Hint: Everyone has something they're good at.)
• Am I willing to learn from others or try something new?
• Will I submit my gifts and talents to the Lord to be used by Him?
