Life Links Church is committed to reaching out to our community with the Good News of what Jesus has done for us. We take seriously our responsibility to bring the Gospel to those who need to hear. Our Mission Statement is based on the Great Commission which Jesus gave to His followers before He ascended into heaven.
To fulfil our mission, we have a number of different strategies involving various ministries, our missions program, as well as our Life Talks.
We encourage as many of our people as possible to use the following strategy to win those who don't know Christ:
- Choose five people you would like to see come to Christ; write their names down.
- Pray for them daily and especially for God to use you to win them.
- Cantact them in some way weekly.
- Do something special for them monthly.
- Include them in special activities.
- Look for opportunities to share your faith with them.
Statistics reveal that if you will do this, two out of the five will be saved in a year and one more in the second year.1
